Samuel McCraw

Samuel was born in 1814 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Samuel's father was Gabriel McCraw and his mother was Susannah Latham.  His paternal grandfather was William McCraw; his maternal grandparents were John Latham and Susannah Henderson. He had three brothers and five sisters, named William, John Latham, James, Minerva, Orlena, Eveline, Adeline E. and Susan Latham.  He was the fourth youngest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 70 in 1884.¹
