Nancy Jane Maxwell 
Nancy Jane was born on June 15th, 1893 in Kaufman, County.1 Nancy Jane's father was William Thomas Maxwell and her mother was Mary Susan Creasey. Her paternal grandparents were James W. Maxwell and E. Joni. She had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named J. W., Walter, Albert Franklin, Isaac Ramey, William Odell, Annie Kathryn, Bessie Pearl and Ellen Imogene. She died at the age of 80 on October 3rd, 1973 in Burkburnett, Tx-Buried near Decatur, Tx.1 General Notes

County Texas Census Sheet #2, Dist #2, ED #12 as "Nannie Maxwell".
About 1906, she went with her mother when the mother deserted Bill. Later
came back to live with her father.
