Martha Jane Mahaffey

Martha Jane was born in 1834.¹   Martha Jane's father was Samuel Mahaffey and her mother was Martha Jameson.  Her paternal grandfather was Hugh Mahaffey; her maternal grandparents were John Jameson and Nancy Hayther. She had two brothers and three sisters, named David Leander, Samuel G., Mary, Nancy and Clarissa.  She was the third youngest of the six children.  She died at the age of 29 in 1863.¹
