Clarissa Mahaffey

Clarissa was born in 1832.¹   Clarissa's father was Samuel Mahaffey and her mother was Martha Jameson.  Her paternal grandfather was Hugh Mahaffey; her maternal grandparents were John Jameson and Nancy Hayther. She had two brothers and three sisters, named David Leander, Samuel G., Mary, Nancy and Martha Jane.  She was the third oldest of the six children.
