Pleasant Lawson

Pleasant was born in 1843 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Pleasant's father was Banks Lawson and his mother was Thersey Parvin.  His paternal grandfather was Lawson. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Clem, Palestine, James, Curren, Ambrose, Eliza, Kay, Elizabeth, Amanda and Jane.  He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children.
