Amanda Lawson

Amanda was born in 1846 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Amanda's father was Banks Lawson and her mother was Thersey Parvin.  Her paternal grandfather was Lawson. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Clem, Palestine, James, Pleasant, Curren, Ambrose, Eliza, Kay, Elizabeth and Jane.  She was the third youngest of the eleven children.
