Elizabeth Hicks

Elizabeth was born in 1815 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.¹   Elizabeth's father was Nathaniel Hicks and her mother was Mary Smith.  Her paternal grandparents were Isaac Hicks and Elizabeth. She had six brothers and a sister, named Isaac, Abraham, Reuben, John, James, Nathaniel R. and Kissiah.  She was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
