Betsy A. Hicks

Betsy A. was born on October 23rd, 1826.¹   Betsy A.'s father was Stephen Hicks and her mother was Hannah Grey.  Her paternal grandparents were Stephen Hicks and Elizabeth Cox. She had five brothers and four sisters, named William, Greenbury Anderson, Andrew E., Alfred, Stephen Bright, Lucinda, Hannah, Martha M. and Mary.  She was the third oldest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 79 on August 9th, 1906 in Appanoose Co., Iowa.¹
