Lettitia Hedges 
Lettitia was born in 1844 in ,Bourbon, Kentucky.1 Lettitia's father was Samuel Hedges and her mother was Rebecca B. Moran. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Hedges and Sarah Biggs; her maternal grandparents were Edward B. Moran and Lettitia Clay. She had three brothers and a sister, named Joseph B., James, Edwin and Henrietta. She was the second youngest of the five children.-
