Mary Eliza Dillow

Mary Eliza was born in 1903 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.¹ Mary Eliza's father was Rufus Worley Dillow and her mother was Eliza Ann Dickson. Her maternal grandparents were William Samuel Dickson and Sarah Brown. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named William Henry, John Wesley, Thomas Alfred, Samuel Bruce, Charles Alvin, Walter Dewey, Joseph Lee, Theodore Roosevelt, Dora Elizabeth, Nannie Elvira and Ollie Mae. She was the second youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 82 in 1985.¹
