John F. Combest

John F. was born on May 1st, 1854.¹ John F.'s father was Wyatt Combest and his mother was Mary Shepherd. His paternal grandparents were William Combest and Gilla Jasper; his maternal grandparents were Enoch Shepherd and Lavinia Barton. He had a brother and three sisters, named Charles Jackson, Fannie, Harriet and Mary. He had a half-sister named Cora. He died at the age of 60 on September 25th, 1914 in Union Star, Missouri (Flagg Springs Cemetery).¹
