Joe Dean Combest 
Joe Dean was born on February 15th, 1943 in Longview, Gregg County, Texas.1 Joe Dean's father was Harvey Patrick Combest and his mother was Euphria Grace Tipps. His paternal grandparents were Isaah Combest and Charlie Frances Turner; his maternal grandparents were James Thompson Tipps and Mary Evaline Waggoner. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Felton Eugene, Floyd Lee, Horace Edwin, Living, Living, Living, Patricia Ann, Mildred Louise and Living. He died at the age of 1 on July 28th, 1944 in (buried in Alpine Cemetery, Longview, Texas).1 -
