James Oliver Combest 
James Oliver was born on July 11th, 1916.1 James Oliver's father was Thomas Marion Combest and his mother was Susan Armilda Holder. His paternal grandparents were James William Combest and Mary Ellen Gadberry; his maternal grandparents were Moses Hamilton Holder and Salvisa Taylor. He had five brothers and five sisters, named John Dewal, William Hamilton, Marion Jason, James Carsie, Philip Harold, Nevada, Mary Alta, Alpha Lowell, Opal and Ercil. He died at the age of 26 on June 28th, 1943 in (killed in WWII).1 General Notes
