Elmer R. was born on September 8th, 1892.1 Elmer R.'s father was William Jasper Combest and his mother was Julie Roy. His paternal grandparents were Samuel D. Combest and Lucy Ann Roy; his maternal grandparents were Riley Roy and Susannah Collins. He had three brothers named W. Lewford, Otha E. and Beecher. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 71 on August 7th, 1964 in Pulaski County, Ky (Cedar Point Cemetery).1 -
