Thomas Brown

Thomas was born in 1858 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.¹   Thomas' father was George Washington Brown and his mother was Sarah Jackson.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Brown and Mary Cox. He had a brother and four sisters, named Lorenzo Dow, Roena E., Christina E., Eliza L. and Amanda L..  He was the oldest of the six children. He had a half-brother named George Washington Shipley.
