Lucy Bloomer 
Lucy was born in 1818 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Lucy's father was Daniel Or David Bloomer and her mother was Lucinda Defoe. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Nehemiah, Joseph, William, James D., Jesse Daniel, Mary, Elizabeth, Milly, Phoebe and Martha. She was the youngest of the eleven children.
