Joseph Bloomer

Joseph was born on May 31st, 1807 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Joseph's father was Daniel Or David Bloomer and his mother was Lucinda Defoe. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Nehemiah, William, James D., Jesse Daniel, Mary, Elizabeth, Milly, Phoebe, Martha and Lucy.  He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 55 on April 1st, 1863 in ,Scott, Virginia.¹
