Samuel Simpson Beaman 
Samuel Simpson was born on August 16th, 1838 in ,Owen, Indiana.1 Samuel Simpson's father was James Beaman and his mother was Lydia Helm. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Beaman and Sarah Langdon; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Helm and Rachel Beaman. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Calvin, William, George White, Jacob Gibson, Elihu, James Fain, John Tipton, Rachel, Sarah and Elizabeth. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 92 on April 16th, 1931.1 -
