Delilah Simmons

Delilah was born in 1840 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.  Delilah's father was George Simmons and her mother was Catherine Loudermilch.  Her paternal grandparents were Christian Simon Or Simmons and Catherine Amend Or Ammons; her maternal grandfather was Loudermilch. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Jacob, Hiram, Abraham, Samuel, George, Susannah, Elizabeth, Mary, Martha E. and Ellen.  She was the fifth oldest of the eleven children.
