Anna Simmons

Anna was born on January 20th, 1818 in , Hawkins, Tennessee.  Anna's father was Christian Simon Or Simmons and her mother was Catherine Amend Or Ammons.  Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Simon and Margaret. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Jacob, Samuel, George, Margaret, Elizabeth, Susannah Catherine, Mary and Martha.  She was the youngest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 91 on August 14th, 1909.
