Sarah McCarty 
Sarah was born on August 10th, 1806 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Sarah's father was William McCarty and her mother was Rachel Kyle. Her paternal grandparents were James McCarty and Sarah Fugate; her maternal grandparents were Robert Kyle and Leah Brooks. She had seven brothers and five sisters, named Robert Kyle, James P., William L., Andrew R., Absalom P., John C., Thomas Jefferson, Elizabeth, Mary, Leah, Martha and Rachel B.. She was the fifth youngest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 43 on March 4th, 1850 in , Hawkins, Tennessee.-
