Jacob Holt

Jacob was born in 1818 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.  Jacob's father was James Holt and his mother was Catherine Shipley. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John W., James, George R., Elizabeth, Sarah and Mary C..  He was the oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 80 in 1898.
