Martin Hitt 
Martin was born on December 29th, 1763 in , Fauquier, Virginia. Martin's father was Harman Hitt and his mother was Mary Weaver. His paternal grandparents were Peter Hitt and Elizabeth Otterbach; his maternal grandparents were Tillman Weaver Or Weber and Ann Elizabeth Cuntz. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named John, Moses, Joseph, Peter, Jesse, Benjamin, Daniel, Samuel, Elizabeth, Mary Ann and Sarah. He was the fourth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 68 on February 16th, 1832 in , , Ohio.-
