Benjamin Hitt 
Benjamin was born on April 9th, 1766 in , Fauquier, Virginia. Benjamin's father was Harman Hitt and his mother was Mary Weaver. His paternal grandparents were Peter Hitt and Elizabeth Otterbach; his maternal grandparents were Tillman Weaver Or Weber and Ann Elizabeth Cuntz. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named John, Moses, Joseph, Peter, Jesse, Martin, Daniel, Samuel, Elizabeth, Mary Ann and Sarah. He was the third youngest of the twelve children.-
