Daniel Hitt 
Daniel was born on April 5th, 1768 in , Fauquier, Virginia. Daniel's father was Harman Hitt and his mother was Mary Weaver. His paternal grandparents were Peter Hitt and Elizabeth Otterbach; his maternal grandparents were Tillman Weaver Or Weber and Ann Elizabeth Cuntz. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named John, Moses, Joseph, Peter, Jesse, Martin, Benjamin, Samuel, Elizabeth, Mary Ann and Sarah. He was the second youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 57 on October 17th, 1825 in , Washington, Maryland.-
