William G. Clay 
William G. was born in 1842 in , Bourbon, Kentucky. William G.'s father was William Green Clay and his mother was Martha Or Patsy P. Bedford. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Clay and Ann Nancy Winn; his maternal grandparents were Littleberry Bedford and Mattie Clay. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Thomas E., Sidney B., George L., Maria E., Mattie V. and Mattie Virginia. He died at the age of 20 on June 7th, 1862 in , Tazewell, Virginia.General Notes
