Rosco Cato 
Rosco was born in 1890 in Indiana. Rosco's father was William Riley Cato and his mother was Alcey Shoemaker. His paternal grandparents were Isaac Cato and Nancy Taylor. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Isaac Thomas, William Tolbert, Grover Cleveland, Mary Jane, Rhoda Elizabeth, Dabia Ann, Isabell and Emma Stella. He was the youngest of the nine children.-
