Susan Barton 
Susan was born in 1845 in , Bourbon, Kentucky. Susan's father was Abraham Or Abram Barton and her mother was Catharine Cumbers. Her paternal grandfather was Joshua Barton. She had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Joshua, Emaline, Nancy C. and Mary. She was the second youngest of the six children.
