Deliverance was born in January 1663 in Lynn, Essex Co., MA. Deliverance 's father was Christopher NICHOLSON and her mother was Hannah REDKNAP . Her paternal grandparents were Edmund . NICHOLSON and Elizabeth SIMPSON ; her maternal grandparents were Joseph REDNAP and Sarah HAUGTON. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Samuel , Joseph , John, Nathaniel, Benjamin, Hannah and Jane (Jean Jeane). She was the oldest of the eight children. She had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Christopher , Thomas, Elizabeth , Sarah , Elizabeth and Ann. She died at the age of 60 on May 17th, 1723 in Perquimans Co., NC .-
