Benjamin was born on September 26th, 1678 in Perquimans Co., NC . Benjamin's father was Christopher NICHOLSON and his mother was Hannah REDKNAP . His paternal grandparents were Edmund . NICHOLSON and Elizabeth SIMPSON ; his maternal grandparents were Joseph REDNAP and Sarah HAUGTON. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Samuel , Joseph , John, Nathaniel, Deliverance , Hannah and Jane (Jean Jeane). He was the youngest of the eight children. He had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Christopher , Thomas, Elizabeth , Sarah , Elizabeth and Ann. He died after January 19th, 1712 in Perquimans Co., NC .General Notes
Benjamin Nicholson b. 9-26-1678. His will dated 19 Jan 1712 leaves all to my brother Nathaniel Nicholson.
