Rebecca Tennant 
Rebecca was born about 1745 in Glasgow, Scotland. Rebecca's father was Richard (1st) Tennant and her mother was Janet Wark. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Tennant and Mary J. Geisslar; her maternal grandparents were James Wark and Isobel Murray. She had four brothers named William, John, Richard and David. She was the youngest of the five children.-
