John William Whitten 
John William was born on January 7th, 1860.1 John William's father was Alfred Carnes Whitten and his mother was Sarah Frances Kenneda. His paternal grandparents were Lindsey Whitten and Margaret Kenneda\Kennedy. He had two brothers and a sister, named Raiford Bell, Robert Weir Johnson and Sarah Ann Frances. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 4 on December 2nd, 1864.1 -
