Marvin Benny Umberson

Marvin Benny was born on January 1st, 1895.¹   Marvin Benny's father was Benjamin McCullough Umberson and his mother was Brazzie Zora Hattie Josephine Penn.  His maternal grandparents were William Thomas Penn and Mary Taylor Fletcher. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Wilbur Edgar, Bartley, Roy Wilson, John Wesley, Mamie Zora and Lona Irene.  He was the oldest of the seven children.
