Bartley Umberson

Bartley was born on July 2nd, 1902.¹   Bartley's father was Benjamin McCullough Umberson and his mother was Brazzie Zora Hattie Josephine Penn.  His maternal grandparents were William Thomas Penn and Mary Taylor Fletcher. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Marvin Benny, Wilbur Edgar, Roy Wilson, John Wesley, Mamie Zora and Lona Irene.  He was the third youngest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 3 on October 14th, 1905 in Roxton, Lamar County, Texas.¹
