John Wesley Umberson

John Wesley was born on February 3rd, 1908.¹   John Wesley's father was Benjamin McCullough Umberson and his mother was Brazzie Zora Hattie Josephine Penn.  His maternal grandparents were William Thomas Penn and Mary Taylor Fletcher. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Marvin Benny, Wilbur Edgar, Bartley, Roy Wilson, Mamie Zora and Lona Irene.  He was the youngest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 65 on July 3rd, 1973.  He was buried in Restland Cemetery, Roxton, Lamar County, Texas.^1 1
