Larry Dale was born on August 1st, 1934.1 Larry Dale's father was Roy Wilson Umberson and his mother was Maude Eva Moore. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin McCullough Umberson and Brazzie Zora Hattie Josephine Penn; his maternal grandparents were George Henry Moore and Lucy Esabel Boyd. He had a brother and a sister, named Mary Evelyn and Living. He died at the age of 56 on October 3rd, 1990 in St Josephs Hospital, Paris, Lamar County, Texas. THE PARIS NEWS, 4 Oct 1990. 'Larry (Sonny) Umberson, 56, 605 Sunset,
Roxton, died Wednesday at St. Joseph's Hospital and Health Center.
Service s are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. at Gene Roden's Sons Chapel, with
Dr. Jimmy Ne wman officiating. Interment will be at Restland Cemetery in
Roxton. Mr. Umber son was an accountant with Scheel Unlimited and was a
member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include his mother, Eva
Umberson of Roxton; one son, Greg Umberson of New Orleans, La.; and two
sisters, Mary Umberson of Paris and Myr na Sharpe of Iowa Park.' *A metal
