Jane Tayloe 
Jane was born on March 15th, 1774.1 Jane's father was John Tayloe and her mother was Rebecca Plater. Her paternal grandparents were John Tayloe and Elizabeth Gwynn; her maternal grandparents were George Plater and Rebecca Tasker Addison. She had a brother and eight sisters, named John, Ann Corbin, Mary, Eleanor, Mary, Catherine Griffin, Sarah, Rebecca Plater and Elizabeth Gwynn. She died at the age of 42 on May 10th, 1816 in Blandfield, Essex Co., Virginia.1 General Notes
