Edward Allen was born on October 3rd, 1924 in Fannin County, Texas.1 Edward Allen's father was Edward A Richardson and his mother was Maude Fletcher. His maternal grandparents were Allen F Fletcher and Parthenia Moore. He had a brother and three sisters, named Alvin Reece, Ruth Marie, Parthenia Cloteel and Marjorie Jo.
