Dorothy Margaret was born on July 4th, 1921.1 Dorothy Margaret's father was Hurk Maness Moore and her mother was Cora Lee Branum. Her paternal grandparents were George Henry Moore and Lucy Esabel Boyd; her maternal grandparents were Lewis B Branum and Margaret A Perkins. She had two sisters named Hazel Esabel and Elaine. She died at the age of 61 on November 11th, 1982 in St Josephs Hospital, Paris, Lamar County, Texas. She was buried on November 13th, 1982 in Restland Cemetery, Roxton, Lamar County, Texas.1 1 General Notes

Anderson of Roxton died at St. Joseph's Hospital at 11 p.m. Thursday, 11
Nov 1982. Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, 13 Nov, at Fry and
Gibbs Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Restland Cemetery at Roxton. The
Rev . Vicki Davidson and Hubert Roach will officiate. Mrs. Anderson was
born 4 Ju l 1921, in Roxton, a daughter of Hurk M. Moore and Cora Branum
Moore. She att ended Roxton schools and worked for Sears in Dallas for
several years before marrying Mr. Anderson on 24 Dec 1945. They had lived
in Roxton since their ma rriage. She was a member of the Roxton Church of
Christ. Surviving are her hu sband, one son, Larry
A. Anderson of Houston, two sisters, Mrs. C.L. Steffey o f Brookston and
Mrs. R.J. Gunter of Paris and several nieces and nephews.'
