William Elbert Dickins 
William Elbert was born on February 4th, 1895.1 William Elbert's father was Erasmus Richard Dickins and his mother was Adeline Kirby. His paternal grandparents were Uriah Dickins and Susannah May. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Thomas E, Uriah H, James Lewis Cleveland, Dova Blanche, Julia Christina and Bertha M. He was the youngest of the seven children. He had two half-brothers and five half-sisters, named John A, Granville, Laura Ann Elizabeth, Hester Ann Elizabeth, Emantha, Leiothy and Tennessee.General Notes
