Matthew Buchanan

Matthew's father was John Buchanan and his mother was Margaret Edmiston. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Buchanan and Johanna Hays; his maternal grandparents were William Edmiston and Agnes Holmes. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named William, Andrew, James, Robert, Samuel, Thomas, Alex, Margaret, Anne, Mary and Elizabeth.
