William Pendleton 
William's father was Phillip Pendleton and his mother was Isabella Hurt. His paternal grandparents were Henry Pendleton and Elizabeth Douglas; his maternal grandparents were William Hurt and Margaret Lnu. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Edmond, Henry, James, John, Joseph, Phillip, Mary, Elizabeth, Isabelle, Catherine and Rachel.-
