Giles Goode 
Giles was born on June 24th, 1833. Giles' father was Major Garland Goode and his mother was Frances Burns. His paternal grandparents were Philip Goode and Caroline Williams. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Burton, Barnwell Rhett, Mackerness, Philip, Kate Matthis, Ellen, Mary B., Hattie, Bettie and Mary. He had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Son of Garland, Dau of Garland, Dau of Garland and Dau of Garland. He died at the age of 28 on September 26th, 1861.General Notes
