Alice De Berkeley 
Alice was born about 1258. Alice's father was Thomas "The Wise", 1st Lord De Berkeley and her mother was Jane Joan De Ferrers. Her paternal grandparents were Maurice "The Resolute" De Berkeley and Isabella De Chiham; her maternal grandparents were Sir William, 7th Earl of Derby Ferrers and Margaret De Quicy. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Maurice, 2d Lord, John, James, Thomas, Margaret and Isabel. She was the oldest of the seven children.-
