Mary Berkeley's father was Thomas Hutchinson Botts and her mother was Mary Stone.  Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Botts and Jane Tyler. She had four brothers named Albert, Benjamin, Henry and William. She had a half-brother named Colonel Lawson.
