Agnes de Babenberg was born in 1111.1 Agnes de Babenberg's father was Leopold III "The Saint" Markgraf of Austria and her mother was Agnes von Franconia. Her paternal grandparents were Leopold II Markgraf of Austria and Ida Cts of Cham; her maternal grandparents were Henry IV Holy Roman Emp and Bertha de Maurienne. She had a sister named Jeutte. She was the older of the two children. She had a half-brother named Frederick II von Hohenstaufen.1 -
