Adeliza de Lorraine 
Adeliza was born in 1103 in England.1 Adeliza's father was Godfrey 'a la Barbe' VII Duc de Brabant and her mother was Ide de Namuer Cts de Namuer. Her paternal grandparents were Henry II Ct de Louvain and Adelaide von Betuwe Cts de Betuwe; her maternal grandparents were Albert III de Namuer Ct de Namuer and Ida Billung. She had two brothers named Godfrey II de Brabant and Joscelin de Louvain. She was the oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 48 on April 23rd, 1151 in Affligem Abbey, Flanders, France.1 -
