Gisele de Bourgogne-Ivrea 
Gisele was born about 1070 in Boulogne, France.1 Gisele's father was Guillaume I "le Grand" Ct de Burgundy and her mother was Stephanie (Etiennette) de Barcelona. Her paternal grandparents were Renaud I Palatine Ct de Burgundy and Eleanora de Normandy; her maternal grandparents were Raimund Berenger II the Elder Ct de Barcelona and Almode de la Haute Marche. She had a brother and a sister, named Raimund de Burgundy and Sibylle. She was the youngest of the three children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Etiene I "Tete-hardi" de Macon and Ermentrude (Ermenson). She died after 1133.2 General Notes
