Celia Jane Province 
Celia Jane was born in 1855 in , Washington, PA.1 Celia Jane's father was Joseph Yard Province and her mother was Priscilla Jane Stevens. Her paternal grandparents were Jesse Province and Cecelia Spencer. She had eight brothers and five sisters, named John Henry, Jasper Stephen, Newton G, Jesse Spencer, Nathan Spencer, Samuel Uriah, Phillip S, James David, Margaret Ann, Angeline Elizabeth, Martha Ellen, Louise and Selina. She died at the age of 84 in 1939.1 -
