Hazel Fay Major 
Hazel Fay was born in 1909. Hazel Fay's father was David Edward Major and her mother was Carrie Jane Irvine. Her maternal grandparents were Andrew Irvine and Mary Ellen McFerran. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named William David, Andrew, Ellen Amelia, Sarah Elizabeth, Anna Mae, Gladys Marie, Lillian Carrie, Dorothy Evelyn and Ada Fern. She was the third youngest of the ten children.-
